North Tampa Arts League Announces and thanks their partners
The board and members of the North Tampa Arts League (NTAL) are pleased to announce and thank their business partners: The Jewelry Studio 19651 Bruce B. Downs Blvd.Tampa, FL33647, the Central Bank on Bruce B. Downs, and our latest partner, The Great Frame Up on Bruce B. Downs in Wesley hapel.
These businesses are supporting NTAL and the arts in New Tampa by displaying the League’s artists in their establishments.
The North Tampa Arts League has had a select group of artists constantly on display in The Jewelry Studio and Tim and Tiffany Carter have been so welcoming to the exhibiting artists.
NTAL has also had 2 artists a month featured at the Central Bank. And now The Great Frame Up will be hosting artist shows each month. The public is welcome in all these businesses and walk in traffic is encouraged.
The North Tampa Arts League members are also most grateful to their very special and supportive partners, the Carrollwood Cultural Center (CCC) at 4537 Lowell Road. The CCC recently named the NTAL as it’s permanent resident artists and appointed NTAL President, Mary Ellen Bitner, it’s Art Curator.
The New Tampa Regional Library at 10001 Cross Creek Blvd. has also given the club a home by offering their Community Room for a series of North Tampa Arts League exhibits and the very popular Artist of the Month exhibit.
The public is always welcome in these facilities and presently the NTAL has exhibits in both places.
When the North Tampa Arts League was originally formed there were no places in New Tampa for local artists to shoe their work.
Slowly but surely NTAL has expanded their horizons and membership. If NTAL can be of service to your business, or if you would like to join the league, please contact Mary Ellen Bitner (813) 977-4500 or mebitner@verizon.net.
The Council is the designated funding source for cultural services and is governed by a 15-member board of directors appointed by the County Commissioners.
